Wine labeling, grocery shopping, cooking, science, art tours, volunteer work and Christmas crafts... What a busy week here at the ranch! Cordon students started the week off by labeling our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon vintage. Tuesday, LEAFF Program practiced their shopping and cooking skills to prepare homemade chicken noodle soup. Wednesday, Cordon students performed a real science experiment to test acidity levels in liquids, then both classes went on a field trip to see former student Joel Anderson and his solo art exhibition in the Fallbrook Library! On Thursdays, LEAFF students are thriving at their volunteering positions around the community. We also got to create some fun and easy Christmas crafts! Overall, this week was jam-packed with hands-on fun.
