LEAFF Program

"Learning Everyday Abilities for the Future."

 

Agriculture, viticulture, hospitality and life skills training with meaningful purpose, volunteer and part time employment as the goal.

Four year suggested attendance after successfully completing a readiness evaluation.

This program is designed to help moderate functioning adults develop every day living skills, horticulture and viticulture basics, and relationship building. ​Suggested 4 year enrollment, with skills assessment before graduating.

We spend each day learning and growing through group exercises (body awareness and physical health), meditation (well-being and presentness), gardening (fine-motor skills and nature awareness), vineyard maintenance, individualized educational skills and every day life skills. 

The LEAFF Program is currently in session Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 am - 3 pm. All students are required to meet at D'Vine Path Farm and Vineyards no later than 9 a.m. and be picked up at 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified. Transportation to and from D'Vine Path will is not provided. For field trips, transportation will be provided to all off-site locations.
