PARKING

• Enter through the vineyard entrance and follow guidance from our parking staff.

• If you need golf cart assistance, just let your parking attendant know.

• For handicapped parking, please contact Nick in advance at Nick@dvinepath.org
   

 EVENT SCHEDULE

• Doors open at 3:30PM and the event ends at 9:00PM.

• Optional student-led property tours begin at 3:30 PM – don’t miss the chance to experience the heart of our campus through the eyes of our incredible students.

• Dinner service is available from 4:15PM - 6:10PM

• The Grape Stomp Competition begins at 5:15PM – get ready to cheer (or stomp)!
   

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

• IDs will be checked at the door.
  ALL Guests under 21 will receive an “21 & Under” bracelet.

• At check-in, our friendly team will collect your email and phone number, and offer the option to pre-register a credit card for fast and easy purchases. (Cash and checks are also accepted.)

• Each guest will receive a program and food ticket when you arrive.
   

VIP SPONSOR CHECK-INS: If you are a guest of one of our sponsors, please provide the sponsor’s name or business at check-in to receive your table assignment, which will be located underneath the Big Sponsor Tent.
 

• Want to stomp? Sign up at the Grape Stomp Competition Sign-Up Tent! 

• Enjoy a welcome drink  served by our D’Vine Path Viticulture students!
   

FOOD & DRINK
Food/Dinner service (located at the Cordon Barn)
will begin at 4:15 PM and end at 6:10pm
 

• Dinner is provided by Don Chuy’s Tacos & Catering, located in the Cordon Barn.

• Please turn in the food ticket your received at check-in to the hosts at the Cordon Barn when food service begins. Meals are available only during dinner hours.

• Vegetarian tacos will be available.

• Enjoy a variety of beverages including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, available throughout the event.
   

 VOLUNTEERS
