A LETTER FROM OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear Guests,
Due to the extreme heat advisory and out of concern for the health and safety of our students and guests, particularly those who may be more sensitive to the heat, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our outdoor soirée to November 20.
With temperatures under the tent reaching 93 degrees, we simply do not feel it would be safe or comfortable to move forward as planned. The well-being of our guests and community is our highest priority.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are so grateful for your understanding and flexibility. We hope you will be able to join us on November 20 for a beautiful and much more comfortable evening together.
If you are unable to attend on the new date, we will gladly provide you with a refund.
