Support Facilitator

Our #1 goal is to help our adults advance in their educational, social and vocational skills. As a support facilitator, your job expectations are as follows:

Act as a role model and encourage positive interactions with others.

Work with individuals to encourage positive choices

Become familiar with the program plan for each individual in the facility.

Understand behavior modification techniques and how to correctly implement them.

Understand and assist individuals in exercises designed to improve or maintain, mobility range of motion and self-help skills
-
Understand and assist individuals in exercises designed to improve or maintain, mobility
-
Document incidents that occur and maintain current daily progress notes and data frequency counts on each client assigned to them.

Attend necessary staff meetings and in-service training.
-
Ensure open lines of communication with individuals, staff members, and administrator.

Assist and supervise of farm clean-up chores as assigned.

Have the ability to exercise mature judgment and relate to individuals in a warm, caring manner.

Assist in maintaining a clean and safe facility environment
-
Participate in recreational activities in a variety of settings.
-
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Assist in vocational training in the vineyard, garden, animal husbandry

Assist in their educational life skills goals

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Occasional Friday & Saturdays for Events
9:00am -3:30pm

Driver
Position Available May 1st 2023
Qualifications:
-
High school education or recognized equivalent
-
A good knowledge of the California State Motor Vehicle code and California State Highway Laws
-
Must possess a valid California Class C drivers license (Class B preferred)

Must have a clean DMV report

Job Description:
Under general supervision operates with patience and skill a program transportation vehicle to transport students to and from school over prescribed routes and to make special trips authorized by the D'Vine Path. As a Driver, your job expectations are as follows:​​​

​​​​​ Safely operates a program transportation vehicle over a prescribed route, picks up students at designated stops
-
Maintains a helpful and friendly manner to assist students on and off the vehicle
-
Adheres to a prescribed schedule to deliver children to program and home/specified location again
-
Makes special trips as authorized
-
Maintains vehicle in a clean manner, checks vehicle before each trip as required by law
-
Reports need for mechanical repairs as they are observed and recommends preventive maintenance to D'Vine Path's Operations Director
-
Fills out daily and weekly mileage reports
-
Maintains order and discipline among students in the vehicle
-
May pick up and deliver D'Vine Path mail/packages as requested
-
Assists and recommends to Operations Director in the areas of planning, scheduling and services offered as requested

Performs other related duties assigned

Reports weekly to the Operations Director

Starting at $20/hour
Schedule:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
7:00am -9:00am
3:00pm-5:00pm
