Hope Yerkes

Facilitator

Hope joins the D’Vine Path team as a Facilitator for the LEAFF program. With a diverse background in philanthropy, she brings experience, enthusiasm and a dedication to helping underserved communities. 


She has previously worked at ICAN Abilities Network as a program assistant and camp counselor for four years, assisting adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Previously, Hope volunteered at Ambassador Christian School where she helped lead a program called Serving God and Serving Others, a group focused on uplifting the community through love and mutual respect. She also has volunteering experience from Rein’s Therapeutic Horsemanship Program.


Having various extended family members on the spectrum, Hope has grown up with a love for supporting the neurodivergent community. She enjoys the work she does and feels blessed to be a part of a job that feels like family.
