Nancy Esparza
Director - Social Recreation
Nancy has joined the D’Vine Path team as the Social Coordinator and brings a lively, welcoming energy to Friday socials for neurodivergent adults. She is highly experienced in working with the neurodivergent community, with years of experience as a Behavioral Technician at multiple schools and day programs. She is trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention, which helps her to support D’Vine Path participants as they work on growing and developing stronger social skills. One of her goals at D’Vine Path is to continue growing attendance and engagement for D'Vine Path socials, ensuring that every participant feels included and has a wonderful experience.
Outside of work, she is passionate about dancing and chocolate. Nancy has recently returned to school to pursue her M.A. with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Nancy is a bubbly ball of energy, her kindness and knowledge of the neurodivergent community have made her a wonderful addition to the team!
